Terms of Use

1. Your access to and use of the Trees 4 Free website is governed by these terms of use, which we may change from time to time.

2. As content on the Trees 4 Free Website is copyright, any unauthorised use of any materials on the Trees 4 Free Website may violate copyright, trademark or other laws. Materials on the Trees 4 Free Inc. Website may not be copied, modified, reproduced, publicly displayed, distributed or used for any public or commercial purposes unless expressly permitted by Trees 4 Free.

3. Trees 4 Free . does not:
  1. 3.1 endorse, guarantee or make any representation in relation to any website other than the Trees 4 Free Website, including any website that links to or from the Trees 4 Free Website;

  2. 3.2 guarantee the currency of any information on the Trees 4 Free Website;

  3. 3.3 except for the warranties implied by applicable law, make any warranty in relation to the Trees 4 Free Website.
4. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trees 4 Free excludes completely all liability to any person for loss or damage of any kind (however caused, including by negligence) arising from or relating in any way to the Trees 4 Free Website and/or any your use of it is content (“Content”). Where any law implies a warranty into these terms of use which may not lawfully be excluded, then to the maximum extent permitted by law, Trees 4 Free's liability for breach of the warranty will at Trees 4 Free’s option be limited to the resupply of the Content, or the payment of the cost of resupplying the Content.

5. You agree to indemnify Trees 4 Free, its officers, employees and agents from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including legal costs, resulting from any breach by you of these terms of use or relating to your use of the Trees4Free Website.

6. Any personal information that you provide to Trees 4 Free is subject to our Privacy Policy.

7. These terms of use are governed by the laws of Canada. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada and any courts of appeal from them.

Refund Policy

Once packages have been paid for no monetary refund will be offered to customers. Customers may also not change the site of planting they selected originally.

Trees 4 Free gaurentees that it will use all it's expertise to insure the trees planted through our programs grow to maturity under either the supervision of ourselves or our subcontractors as specified in our legal agreements with landowners that provide land for members trees to be planted on. Trees 4 Free works towards insuring that 90% of the trees planted will survive, and that the die-back and natural fallout is considered when planting forests as part of the natural growth and sustainbility work required to insure healthy forests and reforestation projects.

Trees 4 Free does not gaurentee and will not be held liable in the event of natural or man-made disasters causing the destruction of the forests we or our partners plant. In the event of such a circumstance Trees 4 Free nor any of our planting partners may be held responsible for the loss of trees or equity to the members.

Trees 4 Free makes no warrenties, express or implied as to the survivablity of the forests we plant.

Members will recieve an electronic certifcate to validate their purchase of the trees and the carbon credits those trees provide, as well as any other resources the member may aquire rights to through the Trees 4 Free packages, as specified based on the package the member buys into. Customers may request a paper form of this certificate from the company if they so desire it. Customers are also entitled to recieve a reciept for their purchases.

Trees 4 Free gaurentees that we will plant and foster the seedlings our clients plant through our packages and programs on designated lands as specified by Trees 4 Free.

Fostering pays for maintenance of the forest and hired personal which oversee each forest plantation project and care for the members trees to insure the forests become a healthy part of local eco-systems as defined by the Trees 4 Free program.

Trees 4 Free will offer a free refund to clients if the trees the client has paid for are not planted within 10 months of the customers purchase. Trees 4 Free is committed to insuring all clients trees are planted and cared for.
